Dr. Michael Hoglund, DDS

Dr. Mike, a passionate and dedicated dentist, has been committed to the field of dentistry since his high school years, driven by a desire to help others achieve the confidence that comes with a healthy smile. Dr. Mike is honored to have served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy, where he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the prestigious 2nd Dental Battalion, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. During his residency, he honed his expertise in prosthodontics, digital dentistry, oral surgery, and endodontics, developing a comprehensive approach to patient care. He continues to stay at the forefront of dental advancements by engaging in extensive continuing education each year.

Born and raised in Northern New Jersey as the eldest of three brothers, Dr. Mike cultivated a strong work ethic and team mentality through his involvement in year-round sports, including football and baseball. He further developed his love for teamwork during his college years at the University of Pittsburgh, where he also took up water polo. In 2015, Dr. Mike earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from NYU College of Dentistry.

In 2011, Dr. Mike married his high school sweetheart, Ashley, who holds a Master's degree in Anthrozoology and is a devoted mother to their four lively children. She also works as the Business Coordinator in the office. Together, they raise Brighton, Kinsley, Adalee, and Maisie. As a family, they enjoy an active and joyful life. Brighton is a committed lacrosse player and adores the family's pets, Kinsley loves field hockey and gymnastics, Adalee enjoys acting and playing field hockey, and Maisie is the spirited youngest sister who keeps everyone on their toes and loves playing at the beach.

With a deep commitment to providing excellent dental care and a focus on building trust with every patient, Dr. Mike strives to create a welcoming and comfortable environment where patients feel empowered to achieve their best oral health.

Emily - Office Coordinator

I truly enjoy working in such a pleasant atmosphere and being a part of this astonishing crew. I’ve been working in customer service for over 10 years and take pleasure in assisting our patients and the connections that develop along the way. I have two boys, Roman and Carter, and they’re the center of my world. In my spare time I enjoy playing softball, spending time with family, kayaking, and indulging in my newest tv series.

Kathleen - Front Desk Receptionist

Having been a patient at this practice for over 20 years, I was already aware that the people working here were extremely professional and genuine. When the opportunity to join them as an employee came up, I couldn't think of a better group to spend my days with! I've worked in healthcare for a majority of my career. I really enjoy seeing and helping our patients. I've been married for 30 years and enjoy spending time with my family and two dogs. I also love going to the beach as many weekends as I can!

Ashley - Business Coordinator

Since joining our practice in 2020, I've cherished the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our patients and be a part of such a supportive team. The warm, family-like atmosphere of our office is something I truly value, and I take great pride in making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. Outside of work, I'm a dedicated mom to four kids, and my weekends are often filled with cheering them on at lacrosse games, golf tournaments, or field hockey matches, as well as attending their performances at the Avalon. When I'm not busy supporting my kids, I love spending time with my family and pets outdoors, training therapy dogs, and soaking up the sun at the beach. Being a part of this practice and this community is incredibly rewarding, and I look forward to continuing to make a difference!

Holly - Dental Assistant

I have been a dental assistant for 28 years. My favorite part of my job is assisting with crown and bridgework. I love watching smiles transform, especially with aesthetic cases. I enjoy working at Easton Dental Studio because of the warm, friendly atmosphere and the camaraderie between Dr. Mike and all of my amazing co-workers! When I’m not working I enjoy the beach, mountains, and spending time with my family.

Sara - Dental Assistant

I started my career as a certified dental assistant in 2011. I became a member of the Easton Dental Studio team in June 2021. What I love about the staff/patients is the atmosphere is family oriented and uplifting. I am passionate about giving patients a new smile. I mainly specialize in implants and dental surgery. I am a native of the eastern shore. In my spare time I enjoy relaxing by the pool or on the boat, pet sitting, and listening to a good true crime podcast.

Judi - Dental Hygienist

I have been practicing dental hygiene for 42 years. I have been with Dr. Mike since he bought the practice. I enjoy helping my many patients, especially the ones that I have been treating for a long time. When not working, I love spending time with my husband and our family, especially our grand-daughter. I also enjoy event and activity planning at my church. I especially find that helping people is my calling.

Kelly - Dental Hygienist

I have been practicing dental hygiene for almost 30 years and what a wonderful practice to serve my patients. We have core values to take care of our patients. I’ve lived in Easton for 16 years and love it. My husband and I enjoy rooting for our Steelers and enjoying the Eastern Shore life with our kids and animals. We have core values in providing the utmost care to help our patients achieve optimal oral health.

Stacy - Dental Hygienist

I have been with EDS since 2022 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. I enjoy working here because of my amazing coworkers. We truly are a family and I believe our patients are ones that benefit the most from our relationships.We treat our patients like our extended family with respect and care. When I’m not with my work family I enjoy spending time with my own. I have been married 17 years to my husband, Bruce, and we share two children, Connor and Lily. We are both Eastern Shore natives and enjoy spending time boating from our trailer in Fenwick Island with our Golden Retriever, Suzie.
